We reserve the right to correct errors and cancel orders if necessary, even after confirmation.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Order processing time: 1–4 business days
Delivery options:
- Standard Shipping: 5–12 business days
- Express Shipping: 3–8 business days

⚠️ Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to external factors beyond our control (such as customs clearance or courier delays).
ICONIC is not responsible for delays once the order has been handed over to the shipping carrier.

5. Returns & Refunds

Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. This includes your statutory 14-day right to cancel under EU/UK consumer law.
Items must be in original condition: unused, unwashed, with all tags and packaging intact.

Return Fees

Return shipping fees are based on courier company charges and may vary by item and destination.
Standard return fees (for most orders):

- €9.95 (EU)
- $9.95 (US)
If returning more than 2 items, standard fees may increase (typically £9.95 / €12.95 / $12.95).

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refunds

Refunds are processed once returned items are inspected.
Refunds are always issued to the original payment method unless store credit is requested.
Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account.

Exchanges

Exchanges are free of cost.
Available for different sizes or colors of the same product.
If the requested item is out of stock, we will offer an alternative or a refund.
