Return & Refunds

At ICONIC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return it for a refund or exchange under the conditions below.


1. Return Period

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • This includes your statutory 14-day right to cancel under EU/UK consumer law.

  • Items must be in their original condition, unused, unwashed, with all tags and packaging intact.

To initiate a return, contact us at support@iconiclndn.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions.


2. Return Fees

  • Return shipping fees are based on courier company charges and may vary depending on the item and destination.

  • As a guideline, our standard return fees are:

    • £7.95 (UK)

    • €9.95 (EU)

    • $9.95 (US)

  • If you return more than 2 items, the standard fee may increase (typically £9.95 / €12.95 / $12.95).

  • Please contact us at support@iconiclndn.com before initiating your return, and we will confirm the exact return shipping cost for your order.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.


3. Refunds

  • Once your returned item has been inspected, your refund will be processed.

  • Refunds are always issued to the original payment method used at checkout unless store credit is requested.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the amount to be credited back to your account.

  • If returned items show signs of wear, damage, or missing packaging, we reserve the right to issue a partial refund or deny the return.


4. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are free of cost.

  • Available for different sizes or colors of the same product.

  • If the requested item is out of stock, we will contact you to offer an alternative or a refund.

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.


5. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons, including:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Personal care products


6. Defective or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at support@iconiclndn.com.

  • We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.


7. Returned Items for a Good Cause

At ICONIC, we believe in giving back. All returned items are donated to GiveBackBox, an organization that supports homeless individuals and families in need. By returning a product, you are making a meaningful contribution to a great cause.
