2. Return Fees

Return shipping fees are based on courier company charges and may vary depending on the item and destination.

If you return more than 2 items, the standard fee may increase (typically £9.95 / €12.95 / $12.95).

3. Refunds

Once your returned item has been inspected, your refund will be processed.

Refunds are always issued to the original payment method used at checkout unless store credit is requested.

If returned items show signs of wear, damage, or missing packaging, we reserve the right to issue a partial refund or deny the return.
