Shipping & Delivery

At ICONIC, we strive to make your shopping experience smooth and reliable. Please review our shipping policy for details on processing times, delivery estimates, and responsibilities.


Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–4 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.


Delivery Times & Fees

  • Standard Shipping: 5–12 business days
  • Express Shipping: 3–8 business days

⚠️ Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors such as customs clearance or courier delays.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and displayed before payment.


International Shipping

We ship to most countries worldwide.

  • Delivery times and shipping costs vary by destination.

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

  • ICONIC is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.


Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

  • Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear in the system.


Shipping Delays

While we aim to meet all delivery estimates, delays can occur due to:

  • Courier or logistics issues

  • Customs inspections

  • Severe weather or other unforeseen circumstances

If your order experiences a significant delay, please contact us at support@iconiclndn.com and we will assist you.


Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately at support@iconiclndn.com with your order number and supporting details (such as photos).

  • ICONIC will review each case and either replace the order or issue a refund as appropriate.

  • Until delivery is confirmed, the responsibility for the goods remains with ICONIC.


Non-Deliverable Packages

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failure to collect, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery.

  • Additional shipping fees may apply for re-shipment.

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed minus original shipping costs.


Partial Shipments

In some cases, your order may be shipped in multiple packages for faster delivery or due to stock availability.

  • You will receive tracking information for each shipment.

  • This does not affect the total shipping fee paid at checkout.
